Two numbers, agreed on day one

A one-time Build from $15,000 installs the system and proves it produces signed matters. A Run plan from $3,500 per month keeps it producing after that. Both are agreed in the same agreement before anything starts, so there is no second negotiation in month three and no invoice you did not see coming.

Those are floors, not a menu. Where your firm lands inside them depends on how many matters you can take a month and what a signed matter is worth to you. We work that out on the call, out loud, before anyone signs anything.

Phase one

Build and Prove

From $15,000one time, first 90 days

We install the whole machine and run it until it is producing signed matters, not clicks.

  • The acquisition campaign, built and run end to end
  • A landing page built for your matters, not a template
  • Intake that answers every call and message in under a minute, around the clock, in the caller's language
  • Follow-up that keeps working the inquiry until they show up
  • Booking straight onto your calendar
  • Call coaching, so the consultations you book turn into retainers

Phase two

Run and Grow

From $3,500per month, month to month

The part that keeps it working. Ads decay and intake drifts, so this is real ongoing work, not maintenance.

  • Campaign management and fresh creative every month
  • Audience and spend optimization as cost per lead moves
  • Intake and follow-up kept current as your matters change
  • A monthly review of what came in and what got signed
  • Ongoing call coaching and objection work
  • Month to month after the initial term. Cancel any time.

The one receipt we show

$60,000+ cash collected

One partner firm, one system, real money in the door. We do not publish averages, projections, or what your firm might make, because we cannot know that and neither can anyone quoting you a multiple.

What firms ask before they book

How much does an AI receptionist for a law firm cost?
Standalone AI receptionist tools run $50 to $325 per month, but they only answer the phone. LuxuriaFX AI builds the full system, AI intake plus follow-up plus booking, as part of a one-time Build ($15K to $30K) and a Run plan from $3.5K per month.
How much should a law firm spend on marketing?
Most firms should invest 5 to 10 percent of gross revenue in marketing; the SBA benchmark is 7 to 8 percent. For a firm doing $1M, that is $50K to $100K per year, which is why we price as a defined project plus retainer instead of an open ended agency bill.
Why is it two numbers instead of one?
Because it is two different jobs. The Build installs the system and proves it produces signed matters. The Run keeps it producing: ads decay, creative fatigues every few weeks, and intake scripts need review. Both are agreed on day one, in the same agreement, so nothing gets re-sold in month three.
What is included in the Build?
Everything required to get signed matters coming in and nothing you have to assemble yourself: the campaign end to end, the landing page, the intake and follow-up that answers every inquiry in under a minute, the booking, and call coaching so your team converts the consultations it books.
Am I locked into a contract?
The Build runs a 90 day term because that is how long it takes to install and prove the system. After that the Run plan is month to month. Firms stay because turning off management turns off signed cases, not because a contract says they have to.
What size firm is this built for?
Immigration firms already spending on marketing and already turning away or losing inquiries they could have signed. If you are not yet running any paid acquisition, the Build is doing two jobs at once and a smaller first step usually serves you better. We will say so on the call.
